Just for my records

Believe it or not the computer is more accessable to me than a pen and paper right now and I have to document a cute Jonah moment. I put him on his play mat so I could steam mop the kitchen and I heard him fussing, so I went in to see what was wrong and he had dropped the book (it's soft btw) he was "reading" on his face and couldn't figure out how to get it off. He looked so cute waving his arms and kicking his legs and you couldn't see his head at all. What a guy!

Well it's about time!

I know, I know. I said I'd do better about blogging......almost a year ago! You must give me some credit though. At the time I was yucky sick all the time with my pregnancy and all I pretty much wanted to do was lay in bed (or the couch). Well, needless to say, ALOT has happened since then. I became more and more pregnant.And this was at only 30 weeks! Yes, I got huge by week 41 1/2!!!

And instead of getting one of theseWe got one of these!!
Best surprise ever!

I'll save the birth story for another post because I like to make it sound long, but it really wasn't that bad.

So the or the last 3.75 months I have been enjoying being a mommy to the most incredible little man. I will be honest, during my pregnancy I doubted my maternal abilities ALOT! I was scared I was going to do something wrong and mess up a perfectly good baby. But as soon as my little guy came out, I was so in love and just wanted to snuggle him up and take care of him. It's amazing how that happens!! So without getting too mushy, I will just leave my first post back short and sweet. I'll bombard you with pictures of the cutest baby EVER, later.
