Daniel and I just celebrated 3 years of marriage on August 13. It's pretty exciting, I know. Since our anniversary was on a Wednesday, we decided to wait until the weekend to actually celebrate. It was one of the best days ever! It was just so nice and relaxing. I couldn't believe that I slept in until 10:30. I don't think I've done that since High School. We then proceeded on to Whole Foods where we had a lovely breakfast and then some shopping. My very most favoritest part of my day was going to McKinney. We went antique shopping which is what I find to be my cup o tea! I had never been to McKinney before it is such an adorable town! Needless to say we had a great time. We finished off the evening by jumping up and down on our couch yelling "go go go!!!!!!!!!" as Michael Phelps and the other US relayers raced to give him a record breaking 8 gold medals in one olympics. That guy's a machine!! Daniel now wants to start training to be an olympic swimmer! That should be interesting!
It really is amazing to see how you change (individually and as a couple) in 3 years. Alot has happened that will change anyone, much less two young newlywed kids.
I hope the next 3 years are a little less eventful (probably not since there will most likely be kids involved), but we'll see what happens!
